Booking Agreement By booking this property, you (“Guest”) agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement is between the Guest and the Host of the property.
Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional charges.
House Rules No smoking inside the property No parties or events
Damages and Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The Host reserves the right to charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Guests must report any damages or issues immediately.
Cleaning Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges.
Cancellations and Refunds In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival, there are no cancellation fees or penalties. If someone cancels less than 30 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the total. If someone cancels less than 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total. We give no refunds within the 7 days window prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights after check-in. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in your plans.
Use of Property The property is to be used for residential purposes only. Commercial use or subleasing is strictly forbidden.
Access The Host or allowed personnel may access the property for maintenance or emergencies with reasonable notice to the Guest.
Indemnification The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any liability, loss, damage, or expense arising from use of the property.
